ARUS VOX Support

Sign-in, audio, headset and connection help for ARUS VOX.

For crew members

Can’t sign in?

Check the server address, port and HTTPS switch with your operator. Your organisation’s administrator creates your account; you don’t need to sign up in the app.

No audio, or can’t be heard?

Check that ARUS VOX has microphone permission. Confirm your Talk and Listen keys, then open Levels in the session to check microphone and speaker levels. A key marked as engineer-managed can be changed from the server console.

Keep dropping out?

Allow mobile data as well as Wi-Fi in settings. The app keeps your place for a minute while it reconnects. Ask your operator to check your connection in the web console if it continues.

Using a headset?

Connect it before joining, or accept the “Headset connected” prompt. Check the selected audio route and listening level.

For operators and administrators

Create accounts, assign sessions and configure key panels from the server web console. Use the live view to check talk states and connection quality.

Documentation is preparing for release

The installation guide and licence portal links will be added here when available.
