Effective date:
ARUS Vox accounts are created and managed by your organisation’s administrator, not in the app. To delete your account and its data:
- Ask your administrator. They can delete your account in the ARUS Vox server console (Users → your name → Delete). This removes your account, your session memberships and your key panels from that server.
- ARUS Vox Cloud users: if your administrator can’t help, email our privacy team at the address below from your work email, including your server address and username. We’ll confirm with your organisation and delete the account within 30 days.
What’s deleted: your account, display name, session memberships and panel settings.
What may be kept: the server’s history of when sessions started and ended, and its log of operator actions. These are kept for your organisation’s records, for as long as it decides, or until its ARUS Vox Cloud subscription ends.
On your device: signing out removes your sign-in token. Uninstalling the app removes everything else it stored.
ARUS Vox never records audio, so there is no audio to delete.
